Prayer of the Week:
Gracious and loving God, we thank You for the truth of Your Word that
reminds us of both our need for You and the incredible gift of grace You
have given us through Jesus Christ. Thank You for the mirror of the Law
that reveals our brokenness, and even more for the righteousness You
provide through faith. Help us to walk each day not trying to earn Your
love, but resting in it, empowered by Your Spirit to live lives that reflect
Your character. Teach us to extend grace to others, just as You have
extended it to us. May our church be a place of healing, wholeness and
transformation, a true hospital for sinners saved by grace. We pray all of
this in the strong name of Jesus, who lives and reigns with You and the
Holy Spirit, one God, now and forever. Amen.
